Standing orders and fees

Hi everyone,

As you are aware, earlier this week we took the decision to suspend all training and club activity until after Easter. This week, circumstances have changed daily, and everyone is facing uncertain times. With this in mind, the committee has decided to ask everyone to cancel their standing orders with immediate effect.

Due to the closure of both Wycliffe and Dursley pools and the decision to stop training half-way through the month of March, despite the club pre-paying for pool hire at the Pulse for March, we are offering to refund half your March fees in these difficult times to try to ease the burden which everyone is now facing.

If you’d like to claim this 50% refund, please send your sort code, account number and account name to accounts@dursleydolphins.org.uk and we will refund as soon as possible. We don’t hold your account details, so without you sending them to us, we will be unable to process the refund. To make this easier to process, could we please ask that you send you details through before the end of Wednesday next week (25th March) so that we can do this as efficiently as possible.

Please cancel your standing orders as soon as you can and we will let you know when to set back up. We can’t do this for you, so you will need to help us here.
