Urgent - swimming sessions suspend

Dear all
Following the UK Government announcement yesterday with new measures around Coronavirus and has advised against all non-essential travel and social contact the Committee have taken the decision to suspend all training sessions with immediate effect.
The Committee will continue to monitor and review the information from Government and keep you all updated. The club had planned to stop training in the Easter school holidays to give the swimmers a rest. Therefore, sessions will stop until at least the 13th April and then the committee will review and update the club.
We realise this news is upsetting for everyone, but the health and welfare of our members is of paramount importance.
At this point, if everyone could still continue with their standing order payments until we know more on the situation of time scale. If suspending sessions continue over a long period in this circumstance refunds will be given. If anyone has any questions regards payments please email: [email protected].
Although we are not meeting face to face the club has discussed with head coach Kate ways to keeps the swimmers involved in the club and stay active. We will update you again once finalised but planning to put land training ideals via video on either the club Facebook page or website.
